Ryan managed digital assets including all of the major social media platforms while at the Communications Workers of America. In addition, Ryan assisted with digital strategy during major strikes that included tens of thousands of working people. Ryan engaged in two unique cross-country trips that involved meeting with AT&T workers from different states where he would travel with them to interview them alongside local officials, attend rallies and strikes, and coordinate interviews with media outlets in communities across the country before ultimately confronting corporate executives at the company headquarters.
